Want to learn how to be one of the most successful players and coaches ever?
Kevin Sheedy is a man who's done more in football than I've had hot dinners. An VFL/AFL record of 929 games as a player and coach with Essendon Football Club and Richmond Football Club, seven premierships, AFL Hall of Fame inductee in 2008 and AFL legend status in 2018 and that's only some of it.
Sheeds discussed some of his coaching methods that he used throughout his illustrious coaching career, the challenges of coaching the GWS Giants in the first three seasons, which famous celebrities left him 'starstruck' plus much more.
He has a new book out called 'Icons of Sport', you can buy the book at all your local book stores and online. Thanks so much to Brendan Fredericks for arranging the chat, Sheeds for his time, to my epic voiceover guy Matt Conlan and the team at PodBooth for a fantastic job of putting the video together.
Finally thanks to our partners, Anytime Fitness Glenelg, Renelec Electrical Services and Bet Odyssey.
