What if the timeline you think you should be following has very little to do with what you’re actually capable of?

My guest on this episode of Leading You, Anne-Marie “Ani” Deieso, didn’t begin what she now considers her career until she was around 40.

After making a deliberate choice to stay home and raise her children, Ani returned to work without a grand career plan. She eventually found her way into mortgage broking almost by accident, entering an industry she knew very little about while battling plenty of self-doubt.

Today, Ani is Associate Director for Victoria at Loan Market. Her career has included mortgage broking, business ownership, Macquarie Bank, business coaching and senior leadership.
