With the Shule currently enjoying the 60th anniversary of its establishment, Joanne talks about the upcoming afternoon tea, a special celebratory event to be held at its beautiful premises at 79 Hotham Street, Balaclava, on Sunday November 16th, beginning at 3 PM.
