Morry Frenkel speaks with Daniel Onas, President of the AJAX Junior Football Club, about the disturbing level of antisemitism experienced by its players, especially during the football seasons following the horrors of October 7th, 2023. Daniel provides details of a number of on-field, antisemitic incidents that cover a range of age groups, which form part of the club’s submission to the Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion. He also describes recent changes to the system the league uses to deal with official complaints.
