Fiona Morris is my inspirational guest today and we’re talking about how she turned her life around, going from bankrupt at 40 to running a 7-Figure business at 41. Fiona is the founder of Start My Cleaning Biz, Australia’s leading online learning platform for cleaning businesses, teaching aspiring business owners to start and build their own successful cleaning businesses. 

In this episode, Fiona shares her origin story, growing up in housing commission with a mother working the night shift to make ends meet. She talks about the messages she was taught about money as a child and the scarcity mindset she brought into her own life. Fiona’s first cleaning business seemed to be thriving, however, due to overspending and poor business practices, that business went into bankruptcy.
