UW-La Crosse graduate student Hannah Meyer broke down quite a bit of what's happening on campus — from COVID-19 to parking to whether students should be charged full tuition. Oh, and she doesn't like "Hatched Baby," either, which she had to endure while waiting for a test at the National Guard testing site.
