Discussed the La Crosse School District plan some more, and how that will affect the city. In relation to that — and homelessness — we hit on affordable housing in the city a couple different times. And, somewhere in there, we discussed the state's potential $6 billion budget surplus that's been lying around since January, while the Legislature has been out of session the past nine months.
