We pick La Crosse County District Attorney Tim Gruenke's his brain on a few things surrounding weed possession — now legal in Minnesota — and where did the gun come from in something like the mass shooting that happened in the city last month. We began the show, though, getting an update on a dead body found along the Bud Hendrickson Trail. After that,we spent a few talking about some of the terms floating around having to do with former President Donald Trump, including "grand jury" and "Indictment." Then we got into a couple different things surrounding marijuana, including how authorities determine whether your under the influence and how long that stays in your system — a bit different than alcohol. Also, the city of La Crosse has a $1 fine system for those caught with less than 25 grams of weed. But what if you're caught every day with that amount? After that, we talked guns, and some of the cases recently involving guns, including that drive-by shooting where the assailant threw the gun onto a roof, and downtown killing, where the killer made what's called a ghost gun, from scratch, by buying all the parts online.
