A Voorhees man is facing charges after police say he was responsible for an accident that killed a woman on a South Jersey road in April.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office says Stephen Sirch was driving excessively fast when he collided with a car driven by Karina Castillo on the Black Horse Pike in Hamilton Township on April 3rd.

The Supreme Court ruled Friday that cities can now pass bans or enforce penalties on unhoused people for sleeping outside in public places.

While the ruling was a favorable one for some cities on the West Coast, KYW Newsradio’s Nigel Thompson tells us it was condemned by some leaders and organizations in Philadelphia.
