The Supreme Court ruled Friday that cities can now pass bans or enforce penalties on unhoused people for sleeping outside in public places.

While the ruling was a favorable one for some cities on the West Coast, KYW Newsradio’s Nigel Thompson tells us it was condemned by some leaders and organizations in Philadelphia.
