Philadelphia police officer Jamie Roman passed away September 10th. He had been hospitalized and on life support since June after being shot during a traffic stop in Kensington. Since the Philadelphia 76ers announced plans for a new Market East arena near Chinatown nearly two years ago, much of the discourse surrounding the project has volleyed back and forth between supporters and opponents.
