Since the Philadelphia 76ers announced plans for a new Market East arena near Chinatown nearly two years ago, much of the discourse surrounding the project has volleyed back and forth between supporters and opponents. This past week, Mayor Cherelle Parker entered the chat publicly for the first time, hosting a packed town hall at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. KYW Newsradio's Nina Baratti attended the meeting. She explains why the tone Parker set was significant, and looks at whether the Mayor is any closer to taking a stance for or against the Sixers’ controversial proposal.
