Friday night in South Jersey, friends and family will gather to remember hockey star Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew. Their high school, Gloucester Catholic, will hold a night of remembrance. It starts at 5:30 in the school gym.

A joint funeral mass for the brothers is being held Monday at St. Mary Magdalene in Media, Delaware County. 

Sean Higgins, the man who police say was drunk and behind the wheel of the vehicle that struck and killed the brothers, will spend another week in jail before a court appearance next week. Higgins told police he had five or six beers before hitting the Gaudreau brothers while they were riding their bikes on a Salem County road on Aug. 29.
