Three people are dead after a van crashed into a trash truck along the Route 1 Media Bypass in Upper Providence Township Tuesday morning. A stretch of the road was closed for about five hours as authorities investigated the accident. KYW's John McDevitt reports.
A woman is recovering after being shot on Monday by a 3-year-old inside a home in the Easton suburb of Wilson Borough, Northampton County. Witnesses tell borough police they saw a man, who is forbidden from possessing a firearm due to a restraining order, cock a hand gun and place it on a table near four children, all under 5 years old. A 3-year-old child picked up the gun and shot the 33-year-old victim in the back, according to authorities.
