• Authorities have identified the security guard killed in the double-stabbing at Macy's in Center City as Eric Harrison. The suspect, Tyrone Tunnell, is in custody, charged with murder and other offenses. 
• The University of Pennsylvania’s president testified before Congress on Tuesday morning at a U.S. House Committee on Education and the Workforce hearing to address the handling of antisemitic demonstrations at Penn and college campuses across the nation.  
• Philadelphia Mayor-elect Cherelle Parker introduced her Intergovernmental Roundtable today, which she says she will rely on to advance her agenda.
• The new Democrat-controlled Central Bucks School Board wasted no time in its first meeting and suspended several controversial policies enacted by the previous board.
