The House voted Thursday to extend Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies as health care premiums soar following the expiration of pandemic-era assistance. Seventeen Republicans joined Democrats in supporting the measure, including Valley Congressman David Valadao.

An analysis of footage from three camera angles show that the vehicle appears to be turning away from a federal officer as he opened fire.
