The move aligns with views long promoted by Trump and Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., despite longstanding scientific consensus that vaccines do not cause autism. 

The Fresno County Board of Supervisors is considering new rules that would regulate how media organizations cover board meetings, citing increased attendance and larger crowds at recent high-profile public meetings.
