On the plate: From the Elbow Room kitchen we get an incredible Lobster with White Prawns Bucatini with fresh garlic, blistered tomatoes and some Hokkaido scallops lightly seared with a Tequila Ponzu. Thea meal is paired with a bottle of Kosta Browne Chardonnay from Kosta Browne Winery.
