Defense lawyers for the man accused of killing activist Charlie Kirk say the bullet recovered in the shooting does not match the rifle tied to their client. Prosecutors say additional forensic testing is ongoing, setting up a major fight over evidence as the case moves closer to trial. 

TSA agents at Atlanta’s airport were told to return $1,000 gift cards handed out by Tyler Perry during the government shutdown. The reversal came after officials raised concerns that federal rules prohibit TSA workers from accepting personal gifts, even as many remain unpaid.
