Teen Colt Gray Sentencing & James Comey Asks For Dismissal

View descriptionShare

Colt Gray will spend the rest of his life in prison without parole for the deadly 2024 shooting at Apalachee High School that killed two students and two teachers. Judge Nicholas Primm ruled that Gray's actions were deliberate, calculated, and motivated by a desire for infamy, making him one of the youngest school shooters in the U.S. to receive a life-without-parole sentence.

Former FBI Director James Comey is asking a federal judge to dismiss the criminal indictment against him stemming from a 2025 Instagram post that showed seashells arranged to form the numbers“86 47.” Federal prosecutors argue the post constituted a threat against President Donald Trump, the 47th president.
