On the Plate: Chef Michael Vernon from Pismo’s Coastal Grill plates up a Moroccan Spiced Salmon with feta, fruit, quinoa and wild rice. Inspired by the movie Sideways, the meal is paired with a 2021 Melville Pinot Noir.
