President Donald Trump addressed the nation on Wednesday night to tout his first year in office -- airing familiar grievances, touting signs of an improving economy and announcing a bonus to U.S. service members he said will be paid for by his controversial tariff policies. 

Police have identified a person they believe is connected to the mass shooting at Brown University last weekend and the killing of a Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor in Brookline earlier this week.
