il drilling and hydraulic fracturing could become more widespread throughout Central California thanks to two Tuesday decisions by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). One pertains to the Central Coast field office, affecting Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Merced, Monterey, San Benito, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and San Joaquin counties. 

Google's YouTube has settled a social media addiction case brought by a 15-year-old in Florida who accused the platform of causing mental health harms to children, according to the plaintiff's lawyers. The terms of the settlement in the state court lawsuit against the social media giant were confidential.
