A military judge has ruled that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), the alleged mastermind of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, will finally stand trial on June 5, 2028, nearly 27 years after the attacks and 25 years after his capture.
The Trump administration is facing backlash after Justice Department lawyers argued in a court filing that the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts could eventually be demolished if a federal court prevents the administration's planned renovation and restoration project from moving forward.
