Puff Puff, Bang Bang, the Supreme Court appeared ready to curb the federal ban that blocks regular marijuana users from owning guns, with justices questioning whether occasional cannabis use makes someone too dangerous to exercise Second Amendment rights.

Several justices pressed the government on the law’s overreach, noting weed is legal in most states even as Congress still classifies it as a controlled substance.
