California Governor Gavin Newsom and his wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, have put their Fair Oaks estate near Sacramento on the market with an asking price of $7.5 million. The property was listed through Sotheby's International Realty on August 24, 2026.
A federal judge in Virginia has temporarily blocked a proposed auction of more than 100 artifacts recovered from the wreck of the Titanic, siding for now with concerns raised by the U.S. government and preservation advocates.
The key revelation is that the Tate brothers' legal team now says much of the luxury lifestyle displayed across social media was part of a marketing strategy. Court filings assert that several supercars, expensive watches, and even a purported $50 million yacht were rented, leased, borrowed, or used for promotional purposes rather than being personally owned by Andrew or Tristan Tate.
