Fresno Unified School Board Trustee Keshia Thomas has issued a public apology to former Bullard High football coach Don Arax, but says she will not resign from the school board despite growing pressure from the Fresno Teachers Association (FTA). The controversy stems from a long-running defamation lawsuit filed by Arax against Thomas and Fresno Unified.
