Reports of ICE agents and unmarked vehicles have been spreading across social media in recent weeks, but the Fresno PD Chief, Minday Casto is reminding the public that its officers “also operate a variety of unmarked vehicles.”   

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation issued a document called a “record of decision” for the proposed 13-mile-long reservoir, signing off on its environmental review process and clearing a significant regulatory hurdle.
