After the shocking news that a longtime, now-former Fresno Art Council employee stole $1.5 million in taxpayer funds, the Fresno art community is voicing its outrage, knowing that dollars dedicated to funding their projects are now corrupted. The Clovis City Council approved to display the national motto ''in God we Trust'' in the council chambers. Between November and December of last year a community survey was conducted on the proposal.

President Donald Trump said he’d agreed to a two-week ceasefire with Iran on Tuesday, less than two hours before his 8 p.m. deadline to destroy a “whole civilization.”

The district launched its audit on retirees’ dependents amid a network dispute that temporarily disrupted health care services for thousands of retirees and their dependents. Retirees last month filed a class-action lawsuit against the district over healthcare plan changes in 2023 they say diluted their benefits.
