ELECTIONS: Tennessee Reports Ballot Issues & Russia Emerges As an Issue

At this point, officials say the complaints are consistent with touchscreen calibration or input issues and do not constitute evidence of election fraud or vote manipulation.

The New York Times portrays the Texas Senate race as part of a larger national debate over Russia, Ukraine, and America's role in the world. While voters remain focused on kitchen-table issues, both campaigns are increasingly using foreign-policy arguments to define their opponents heading into the final stretch before Election Day.

Federal prosecutors have charged Louise Lucas with leading an alleged illegal marijuana and money-laundering operation involving family members and associates. Lucas denies the allegations and says the case is politically motivated. The charges have not been proven, and the case will now move through the federal court system.
