Philip Teresi gives us his take on today’s daily buzz question. Do you support or oppose automatic registration for the U.S. military draft? Starting in December 2026, eligible U.S. men ages 18 to 25 will be automatically registered for the Selective Service under a change approved by Congress. Officials stress the move does not reinstate the military draft, but shifts responsibility from individuals to the federal government as registration rates decline.
