A 12-year study of over 1,600 adults found that those who closely followed the MIND diet—rich in leafy greens, berries, fish, and olive oil, while limiting fried foods and red meat—had brains that appeared roughly 2.5 years younger on MRI scans. 

A new University of Michigan‑led survey finds that about 19 million Americans (7%) have seriously thought about shooting someone, including 8.7 million within the past year, though most do not act on these thoughts.
