When the country was adapting to multiple lockdowns throughout the country during the Covid 19 pandemic, with periods of restriction within 2km and 5km of our homes, many of those living in urban areas didn’t have access to open green spaces.  In response to this, the County Development Plan is seeking to develop a strategy to address this, as well as the need to preserve and develop our heritage and Green infrastructure.
