Hello friends, it's Mr Jim and welcome back to Kids Short Stories. Today's story comes to us from one of our friends, Olivia. Hey Olivia, she sent me an awesome idea first story, and you can too. Are you guys ready for today's story about a magical island and an underwater flying horse. Let's go. I need some more pumps over here, shouted Olivia. The water is getting deeper. We need to get this out fast. Olivia was stationed on a secret magical island. She had been on our spy team for a very long time and had been put in charge of this magical island in the middle of the ocean. This place was, like I said, very magical. It was very mysterious. Strange things happened there, but nobody really understood why the magic was living on this island. Well. For the past several days, it had been raining absolutely uncontrollably. This storm that seemed to be positioned directly above the island. It wasn't moving like when they looked at the weather radar maps. Nowhere else was it raining. Just on top of this secret Magic Island. Olivia was in charge of the island, like I said, and their secret lab was starting to flood. That's how much rain had been. Have you ever been in a storm where just rained and rained for days and days? Yeah, Like, the ground can start to get completely full of water, and then the water doesn't have anywhere to go, and then it goes in places where it shouldn't and then that I guess went into the secret lab. Well, they needed pumps to pump the water out, and Olivia was doing a great job managing all of that. Well, something crazy was about to happen. Is it starting to a ain't even harder? This is crazy? Um okay, all right, I need you guys to continue pumping out the water. I need to go and get some more help. I'll be back later. Olivia grabbed her things and off she ran. Where was she going? Well, I didn't tell you, but Olivia is friends with an underwater flying horse named Zoe. Zoe is an amazing magical horse who lives near Magic Island. I wonder if you know maybe she's a magical because she lives by Magic Island. It's possible, but Olivia knew that Zoey would would maybe know some answers, so she ran over to the edge of the island and did their special call. It was three slaps in the water with a tree branch. That was secret code for secret meeting. As she splashed three times in the water with this branch, Zoe immediately popped out of the water. Rahla bla hey, Zoe said Olivia. Zoe was kind of like a big sea horse. You know sea horses, are they usually big or small? Small? Yes, very very small. Well, this sea horse was huge, like the size of a real, real big horse. And Olivia and Zoe had become very good friends. At a scrawled to full root stir along. Um, it's great to see you two. Um. Something terrible has been going out for the past couple of weeks, and we're afraid that Magic Island might even be starting to sink into the ocean ruddle or chatting about said Zoe. Well, uh, it's been raining completely NonStop for many days, and the rainwater is starting to flood the lab and we are afraid that it might flood the whole island. And Olivia was actually right. It was raining so much that the island was beginning to sink sink. Oh no, what happens if magic Island sinks and goes away? Does it? Does the magic go away too? They don't know what if Zoe the magic underwater flying Horse will lose her magic? Oh no, this is Syria, and that's why I need your help, said Olivia. Okay, well, hmm, let me take a look around. See the half of phone. Zoe the underwater flying Horse jumped out of the water. Which that's pretty fun to imagine a horse jumping out of the water. I usually imagine a horse jumping into the water, like running across a river and splashing across. Well, Zoe jumped out of the water and flew up very high. As she circled around the island, she saw something very strange. M this was very strong, yes, Zoe, I just said that a little salt. Okay. As she flew around the island, she noticed that just a little ways past the island was the blue sky. Like the clouds were just right there around the island. This was strange, but don't worry, she was actually friends with the clouds. Zoe had to make a meeting with Mr Cloud. She flew up towards the clouds and holy, hold on a second, Mr Jim, are you saying that the clouds are alive there? Yes, yes, I am. Remember it's Magic Island. Everything right around there is magic, and these clouds, I guess, have come alive. As Zoe flew closer and closer to the clouds, she saw what was going on is deple never find again? Mr Cloud was crying. How almost cloud rolls so sad. I've been crying for days because I lost my pet cloud lama. What I guess Mr Cloud had a pet cloud lama named Emma. Oh, like you know when you look in the sky and you see clouds in the shapes of different creatures. Yeah, well, I guess that Magic Island those creatures actually come alive. And I think Mr Cloud had made a pet cloud lama named Emma. That's why I can't stuff crying, because I think she's got for me. Oh that's her pop that's real, sir, said Zoe. But don't we Zoey started flying around and flew far away from Magic Island to the next neighbor ring clouds. She didn't have to fly very long because she's very fast, but eventually she found a new cluster of clouds. Ahmahma, were have you ever lost something before? Yeah? It's really sad and kind of frustrating, and you start looking all over the place, right yeah, and what happens if days go by and you haven't found it yet? It's kind of sad. Yeah, that's when Mr Cloud's feeling right now. But don't worry. Zoe is here to save the day. Oh, Zoe was shouting from cloud to cloud, and finally there Emma was. Zoe had found Emma the pet cloud Lama. As Zoe held onto Emma to bring her back to Mr. Cloud, Zoe learned what what had happened. You see, there was a huge gust of wind that had blown Emma away and she became lost and didn't know how to get back to Mr. Cloud. As Emma returned back to Mr Cloud, Mr Cloud was so happy. Oh, oh, thank you Zoe. Oh I'm so thankful for Emma. Oh okay, well let's uh, let's maybe have some tea sometime. I don't tell that sounds cool. I'm gonna get back to La and tell her what happened boys Zoe. As Zoe the underwater flying Horse flew back to Olivia, who had been sitting on the edge of the island. I love Zoe. What did you find? Wait a second, did the rain is stopping? How did you do that? Ruth, that's kind of a solustory. But Mr Cloud lost his lama Lama's crown for the past severals. I found the lama. Oh oh, that's that's amazing. Thank you so much, Soe, you really saved the Magic Island. We all owe you a debt of gratitude.
