Time in the Saddle is a podcast series hosted by avid cyclist and radio veteran, Ryan O’Connor focusing on all things exciting in the world of cycling.

The team is joined by special guest, South African professional road cyclist - Nicholas Dlamini.

Dlamini talks his 7-year cycling career, new teammates and the Tour de France.
