Time in the Saddle is a podcast series hosted by avid cyclist and radio veteran, Ryan O’Connor focusing on all things exciting in the world of cycling.

This week, Ryan is joined by Liezel van der Westhuizen, Nick Barr, Jason Lindt and special-guest Oli Munnik. 

The cycling enthusiasts share their experiences riding Wines2Whales. A race that sees MTB riders start in the Winelands of Somerset West and, over 3 days cross through (and over) 13 wineries, 26 private farms, six mountains, historic roads and mountain passes, nature conservation areas before finishing within sight of the famous whales of Walker Bay in Hermanus.
