It could be quite the showdown between San Francisco and Oakland, as the two cities face off for the first annual Battle For the Bay. As KCBS Radio's Matt Bigler reports, the mayors of both cities are challenging each other to see which side of the Bay will be cleaner during coastal cleanup day.
