In a rare case, a Texas judge has approved a woman's request to get an abortion because her fetus was diagnosed with a fatal condition. The judge agreed that an abortion was necessary to protect Kate Cox from a potentially dangerous birth and also preserve her future fertility, however the state attorney general disagrees.
