Elon Musk is clashing with Brazil's Supreme Court over free speech, far-right accounts, and misinformation on X (formerly Twitter).

Earlier this month, Justice Alexandre de Moraes ordered an investigation into Musk over the spreading of defamatory fake news and another probe over possible obstruction, incitement, and criminal organization.
