In 2020, Latinos became the second-largest ethnic voting group in the U.S., playing a key role in President Biden’s victory.
And now in 2024, they will again be pivotal in determining the outcome of the presidential race.
However, a new book examines how both major political parties have struggled to effectively appeal to Latino voters.
