It's time now for Ask An Expert. Every weekday at 9:20 AM on KCBS we're giving you direct access to top experts in various fields.
Posting your kids on social media is often a way we connect with our friends and loved ones, letting them in on the day-to-day fun and milestones that come with childhood.
But, experts say you may want to be wary of what you share when it comes to your children, saying adults could be putting their children's privacy and personal data at risk.
To answer your questions and more, KCBS Radio's Margie Shafer and Eric Thomas were joined by Leah Plunkett, Law professor at Harvard. She's an expert in digital privacy and the digital lives of kids, families and communities, and author of the book "Sharenthood: Why we should Think Before we Talk About Our Kids Online."
