With the coronavirus continuing to spread it seems every day there’s something new to worry about -- new outbreaks, new restrictions, new layoffs -- so for many of us meeting this moment also means learning to manage our own stress and anxiety. 

On this edition of KCBS In Depth we hear from a stress and anxiety expert about how we can all better cope in these trying times. Then later in the program, we discuss how Bay Area residents are confronting the other scourge of mental well being during this lockdown, isolation and loneliness.
