The Mayor of Oakland is touting a recent sweep of a homeless encampment in West Oakland. 

"Paper or plastic" will soon NO longer be a choice at grocery store checkout lines in California.  

The site of Bruce Lee’s Oakland gym will now forever be known as Bruce Lee Way following a street-naming dedication by the city.

Art, jewelry, and other memorabilia from the late Senator Dianne Feinstein are on display--for a limited time--right here in San Francisco.
