Karl revealed he ate an apple for the first time in a LONG while, and Katherine thought it was the first time in over 10 years of friendship she had seen him eat one....

Katherine also unintentionally redecorated the interior of her car, after securing her desserts over her make up....

AND Karl realised that he may in fact have not lasted 12 months without eating bread last year AFTERALL.....
