Today, on Karl and Crew, we kicked off our weekly theme, “I Can’t Change Because…,” about the excuses we use. Today, we focused on the excuse, “I can’t change because I’m too busy,” looking at Psalm 90:12. Dan Seaborn joined us to explain why real change does not start with others, but with humility and surrender in our own hearts. Dan is the founder of Winning At Home, Inc., an organization dedicated to strengthening marriages and families, and currently leads the Marriage and Family Division of the AACC. He is an international speaker and author of 12 books, including “Winning at Home” and “Parenting with Grace and Truth.” Jim Daly joined us to share how God redeemed his broken childhood and shaped his passion for helping families thrive. Jim is the President and CEO of Focus on the Family and host of the daily “Focus on the Family” broadcast. He also hosts “The ReFocus Podcast” and is the author of several books, including “The Good Dad” and “ReFocus: Living a Life that Reflects God’s Heart.” You can hear the highlights of today’s program on the Karl and Crew Showcast.
