Today, on Karl and Crew, we continued our weekly theme, “What If,” by focusing on the questions, “What if your prayers are not heard?” and “What if you are not born again but assume you are?” Karl talked about why our prayers may go unanswered and what may be hindering our connection with God. He also talked about how someone can assume they belong to Christ because of outward appearance or religious activity, yet still lack a genuine relationship with Him and the new life that comes through true faith. Omer Eshel joined us to discuss the reality of living in Israel under constant threat, the spiritual roots of the conflict, and how a biblical perspective shapes understanding and response. Omer is the CEO and Co-founder of The Bible Comes to Life Travel and Educational Center in Israel. He previously served as Israel Tourism Consul Director and Israel Ministry of Tourism Midwest Regional Director. He is a certified Israel tour guide and former Israel Ministry of Tourism regional director, and majored in biblical history and geography.
