Mayor Bass admitted it would take 25 years to replace all of the broken lights in the city. 64% of the homeless are not from city of Los Angeles. The SF Chronicle discovered text messages that Marshawn Lynch's request to remove RVs and homeless people from his neighborhood were granted but calls for other neighborhoods were ignored.
