I’m Bill Zortman and welcome to officially show 53-83 in our ORIGINAL It’s YOUR Business---Agri Business Series. Today is officially the day at 80 years and 33 days---that I am retiring with Midwest Communications. We have a number of guests joining us this morning that are regulars and others that have been with us as elected officials---or like Dr. Tim Ridgeway—have made the show even more important to you—and what will be written.
We start with Congressman Dusty Johnson who asked if he could join us-----and with all the events we have shared---he starts the show---and can give us a prospective on the importance of agriculture—and perhaps what he will do at the end of 2026 when he leaves office.

There’s lots of consternation in the market right now and that has certain sellers of properties rather nervous and in a mode of - let’s get rid of these assets, even if we have to move them at fire sale prices. Many of them are good assets, but We all know howreal estate can be a timing business and their time is to unload! for an investor looking for a great opportunity…which might be a buy and hold for 2 to 3 years, There’s some great deals out there.
