I’m Bill Zortman and welcome to 2nd portion of our Report Card Show-which includes farm auctions as well----and we start with Chuck Sutton---

Mr. Auction-------Chuck talk to us about auction trends you have had recently---and what you see ahead---

----------------Chuck----------------

What are you seeing---and where do you see the market place going—

----------------Chuck----------------

Upcoming events-----prices------who’s buying-----and what kind of buyers are out there----

-----------------Chuck---------------

Who’s out there---who is buying----and with the growing season coming soon----does that change anything----

    ---------------Chuck-----------------

I do need to share as we talk about what kind of buyers are out there---that our family---who grew up—just South of Sioux City----were able to sell 4 parcels of our folks land over the weekend. Multiple buyers in place---but one buyer from Des Moines---and another from Waterloo bought all four parcels---at what turned out to be a full-prize over. Today is the day—that my dad was born-----and as the deal was being completed----it became obvious that their would be signed agreement—on March 2nd----Waterloo offered is he one accepted.

My brother and sister did most of the work---being the oldest in the family---I was brought it to join them in making the final decision which occurred on Saturday. No doubt that it was quite the day for the six of us kids in the family. Great price---and the closing will be around May 1st.

We didn’t have Chuck Sutton calling the shots---but we did have professionals that would have made Chuck Sutton proud.

----Yes our prayers were answered---and there ae buyers out their if you want to make it happen—with professionals.

------------I’m sure you have several stories---about families---and sales---and as I watch you do all your sales—I know that you handle them professionally----for both family sellers like us—and those that wanted to buy like those we just saw---
