    Teri Schmidt—Experience Sioux Falls---talked about everyone in the community talking to their friends and family who outside of Sioux Falls if they are set to visit Sioux Falls this summer—

    Advise? Telling them about the experiences they can have in Sioux Falls

    In essence Sioux Falls is a great get-away if you just need a break—weekend fun to a special event—Sioux Falls has it all!!!! 

 

    Kip Rounds—South Dakota Game Fish and Parks---he is getting things prepped for the July 4th weekend---

    Anglers are hitting the water

    Campgrounds are in full swing

    And applications for the 2025 deer season is underway.

     As all tourists leaders would tell—July 4th is a big date for South Dakota-and there will be a lot visitors

     Game Fish and Parks –as well as others are talking about the July 1st changes marking a milestone for Water Safety Standards in your territory and yes our State

     Then there was the visit with the Little Miss Hartford—8 year old Berkley Klinkhammer who enjoys cheer, playing volleyball and softball and even SEWING. 

     She was enjoying being crowned Little Miss Hartford—and promises to join me as I MC-the Saturday morning parade---at 10:00—she leads the parade in a comfortable—waving to the crowd—and after she makes the loop—we want her to join us—even if briefly to talk about Hartford. 

     We’ll be following along with all the events—tonight—Live Music Featuring Totally Red—the Car Show is 6-8PM---Pickleball-carnival games---the Annual Flag Disposal series from the American Legion---Hartford/Humboldt Right to Life Baby Crawl and the IV Play 9 Concert in the park to mid-night. 

      From the Sioux Falls Canaries—John Gaskins—talked about “Strap on your cowboy boots, sport your best cowboy hat and get read to saddle up at Sioux Falls’ coolest out bar---as the scoreboard-blasting Canaries return to the Birdcage this Friday thru Sunday for more fun that you an shake a bat at. They just went 6-0 on the road—and are the undisputed “Sultans of Swing”.

      Sunday 4:05 game marks another Sunday Family Fun Day. Friday June 27th is Crush Cancer Night. 

      Then there was Cat Clark with his golf home Elmwood hosted a tournament they love—the American Advertising Federation Event---yes our Midwest Communications Joel Gough, Dave Scaturro, Mark Nelson and yes me were a 4 person team. 

     Christy Menning Vanstenhout—are hosting the 1st Annual Hobby Horse Relay at Lake Lorraine Saturday---and 4 person teams can enter and you are taking the first 50 teams. Team of 4 will gallop their way around lake on stick horses, brooms, mops and hockey sticks

     Dianna Patterson with Sanford—cast the net out for nurses this week---system wide.

     Our It’s YOUR Business show—was one to remember today—and we appreciate all of those who work with us to be heard.
